Bed Bath & Beyond begins in-store merger within The Container Store

(Gray News) — Bed Bath & Beyond is making a comeback within The Container Store.

The merger was announced in October 2024, but Friday marked the official start of changes to The Container Store’s floor plans to make way for Bed Bath & Beyond products.

According to a news release, The Container Store has begun to streamline assortments, improve space productivity and create room for new products expected to arrive in phases later this year.

Bed Bath & Beyond filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy in April 2023 and closed all its brick-and-mortar stores by the end of July 2023.
