Creighton volleyball to host defending national champion Texas A&M

OMAHA, Neb. (WOWT) - The Creighton Bluejays are set to host the defending national champions in volleyball to start the year.

A release from the school says Texas A&M, the reigning NCAA volleyball champion, will be coming to the D.J. Sokol Arena on Sunday, Sept. 20.

The 12-time defending BIG EAST champion Bluejays are historically 2-6 against defending national title winners, with their two wins coming in a sweep over Kentucky in 2021 and a win over Texas in the 2024 Regional Semifinals.
