Sunny skies again today, but winter is making a come back. Colder air and snow chances move into to round out the week.

Saturday is a First Alert Day with snow moving in during the afternoon and exiting during the evening.

Sunny skies will remain Thursday, but northerly winds return which will cool temperatures slightly.

A mild January evening for the metro, but the warmth doesn't last long as winter tries to return by the weekend.

Sunshine will greet us Wednesday morning, but southwest winds will be increasing throughout the day, making outdoor activities a little more difficult.

Breezy and cool this evening, but a nice warm up is still on the way for Wednesday. Gusty winds may make it hard to enjoy, with cooler weather returning later this week.
