OMAHA, Neb. (WOWT) -- A summer tradition in Omaha is set to return on July 1st with the Bank of the West Celebrates America free concert and fireworks show. The lineup for the free event was announced on Thursday.

Two-time Grammy award winner Kenny Loggins will headline the free concert. Loggins is known for his hits heard on multiple movie soundtracks such as "I'm Alright" in Caddyshack, "Danger Zone" in Top Gun, and "Footloose." Lincon-based country rock group The Dylan Bloom Band and cover band Finest Hour will open the show.

As has been the case over the past several years of the event, the stage will be set up along Dodge Street. Large screens will be placed on each side of the stage to help concert-goers see the action on stage from further away.

The event will also partner with the Food Bank for the Heartland. Those in attendance will have the opportunity to help the hungry across the region.

The concert and fireworks show is set for July 1st, 2016 at Memorial Park. This is the 26th year of the Bank of the West Celebrates America Event.
