Future Business Leaders Learn Valuable Skills

Wednesday, Future Business Leaders being created in Omaha learned valuable skills.

Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA) students from across the state joined forces at the annual Fall Leadership Conference.

Local chapter officers learned non-verbal communication skills. Keynote speaker Johnathan Sprinkles of Texas touched on leadership skills students hope to take back to their schools.

“He gave a lot of insight into being a leader, being able to stand on your own, having strong convictions, having integrity, ethics, a lot of great comments from him this morning, and the kids will take that information back and make their chapters stronger,” says Pat Hinkle, of the FBLA Board of Directors.

Part of FBLA is giving back, including hosting a food drive to feed communities and people in need.
