Yale Park Apartments owner cited for 100 misdemeanors

Kay Anderson, owner of Yale Park Apartments, was
related to the property, according to city attorney Matthew Kuhse.
Anderson will be arraigned March 4.
Yale Park was shut down last fall after the city inspected the 100 apartments and found thousands of code violations.
