Vacant home catches fire near Omaha's Wakonda neighborhood

OMAHA, Neb. (WOWT) -- A passerby called in a house fire at 42nd Street and Laurel Avenue at about 3:30 a.m. Sunday.

Omaha fire department rushed to the scene and was able to put it out in about five minutes.

Officials tell 6 News the home was vacant and are now investigating the cause of the fire.
