Ridesharing driver allegedly threatened fare who shot-down his pitch for a date
A ridesharing driver has been jailed for allegedly threatening to slit the throat of a passenger who refused his overture for a date.
Richard Moreno, 30, is facing a Terroristic Threats charge. Bond has been set at $25,000.
Prosecutors say Moreno asked the victim for a date. She said no, prompting the alleged threat.
Moreno is due in court on July 25th.
