Two arrested in investigation of alleged human trafficking

Lincoln Police have made a pair of arrests as they sort through an alleged human trafficking operation.
Hersel Bradley, 40, and Kurt Mortensen, 58, have both been arrested for pandering. Mortensen is additionally accused of drug possession charges.
On February 7th investigators were following up on a tip and responded to an online ad for sexual favors. Officers went to an agreed upon location where a woman got out of a car to meet them. The driver of that car was identified as Bradley. He was arrested for pandering.
Police said that after analyzing electronic evidence and interviewing victims and witnesses, citations were issued.
Mortensen was arrested on February 14th. Additionally, Jason Albers, 46, was cited on February 15th for soliciting a prostitute.
Authorities say this investigation led to the identification of several women believed to be victims of human trafficking. Police say the search for additional victims associated with this group of alleged traffickers continues.
