DOUGLAS COUNTY, Neb. (WOWT) - People of every shape, size and age are pitching in to help with flood relief.
Across from the Riverside Lakes neighborhood, which is cut off by the flood, one little girl was doing her part to help the stranded residents.
Nora, 5, told her mom she wanted to have a lemonade stand to help.
Other neighborhood kids and parents joined in to help.
Since the road by their home had been full of cars trying to get a closer look at the flood Nora and her friends had raised $2,742 as of Monday night.
The stand also has a GoFundMe page for donations.
