South Expressway to see closures for bridge demolition in Council Bluffs

The Iowa Department of Transportation's Council Bluffs Interstate Program says starting Sunday, overnight closures on the south expressway will be happening on and off this week for a bridge demolition.

Those closures are expected to last through this upcoming Friday, weather permitting. The Iowa DOT is reminding you to follow detours or consider an alternate route.
