Sidney High School student arrested for threats

The Fremont County Sheriff's Office arrested a 14-year-old student Wednesday after an alleged shooting threat.

Deputies were called to Sidney High School by school officials after the reported threat. Investigators isolated the student upon arrival. The student is being charged with Threats of Terrorism.

Deputies said the student is being held at the Juvenile Detention Center in Council Bluffs.

The Fremont County Sheriff's Office is still working with the Fremont County Attorney's Office, Juvenile Court Officials, and Sidney Schools with this matter.
