Highway 77 was shut down southbound from Firth Road to Gage Road as authorities in Lancaster County responded to a semi accident Friday afternoon.
The Lancaster County Sheriff's Office reported debris in the road.
A medical helicopter air-lifted the driver to the hospital, though the condition of the 65-year-old Beatrice man was not immediately known.
The accident spilled soybeans all over the highway.
Authorities said based on the preliminary investigation, it appears the semi blew a tire, pulling the semi into the median. The driver overcorrected and rolled the semi.
The Nebraska State Patrol and Cortland Fire and Rescue also responded to the scene with LSO.
