Any showers the rest of the evening and overnight will be light but flooding will continue due to runoff and snow melt. Periods of clearing are likely into the evening and overnight as well. Temps will fall from the 50s into the 40s overnight in the Thursday morning.
Spotty showers are likely to on and off Thursday morning but any additional rainfall will be much lighter. Any rainfall left over by Thursday afternoon will trying to change over to very light snow as this system moves out. Very little if any accumulation is expected. Very strong northwest winds are expected to kick up Thursday afternoon as gusts will reach as high as 60 mph in the metro, possibly as high as 70 mph west of the metro. Weaker gusts in the 50s are expected to continue into the evening.
