SARPY COUNTY, Neb. (WOWT) -- The driver of a Sarpy County snow plow has been cited for failure to yield the right of way in the wake of a collision with a Honda CRX Monday evening.
The crash happened at Highway 370 and Wickersham just before 7 P.M.
According to the Nebraska State Patrol, the Honda was eastbound on 370 when the westbound plow turned left in front of the Honda onto southbound Wickersham.
The driver of the Honda attempted to brake but the car slid on the slush covered road and the two vehicles collided.
The driver of the car was treated for injuries and is expected to recover.
The driver of the plow was not hurt.
