OMAHA, Neb. (WOWT) -- West O ‘Peace’ has a date with the graffiti wagon.
The new bridge spanning West Dodge at 150th Street has been in business for less than a month and it’s hosting a “Peace” tag that has the peace police on the lookout for the tagger/artist/vandal.
The message advocating tranquility to the cross-town traffic crowd is at odds with municipal policy regarding public pigment placement.
Six On Your Side alerted Omaha Public Works. Public Works troops say they’ll alert the graffiti wagon which, pursuant to the aforementioned municipal policy, will not give ‘Peace’ a chance.
