OMAHA, Neb. (WOWT) -- Most of the power outages linked to the morning storms had been resolved by early Sunday evening.
By 5:30 p.m. the Omaha Public Power District said they were down to 40 customers without power after a peak of approximately 1,800.
Crews will continue to work to restore power to those impacted by the storm, which rolled through the area just after 6 a.m., causing heavy rains, a large amount of lightning and some high winds.
