OMAHA, Neb. (WOWT) - Wedding photos are extremely important for any newlyweds that want to look back on their big day.

After months of waiting, several Nebraska brides are worried their special images won't come.
Kelly Lorenzen is one of those brides. She wants to be able to show off her wearing her wedding dress at the altar.
"Those are moments you can never get back. You can't redo your wedding day," Lorenzen said.
The couple paid Kendra Stevens Photography $850 to take professional photos of their wedding on July 6th.
"She did do these and did a great job," Lorenzen said.
After six months, many but not all of their photos have been uploaded onto a website. The ones missing include the couple exchanging vows and rings.
"And during the ceremony, that's been the scariest part if the images are still there," Lorenzen said.
About 10 other newlywed couples claim they're still waiting on a complete wedding album as well. The Better Business Bureau is looking into complaints against K.S. Photography.
"We are going to do our very best to get in contact with the company and see if we can play an intermediary role in getting people's photos back to them," Jim Hegarty with the BBB said.
Kendra Stevens responded to texts saying that she's been going through medical problems and is not a thief. She said she's doing her best.
For brides like Lorenzen, it's an emotional wait.
"It's finally time for our family to celebrate. I'm sorry. It was something to celebrate. Instead of going to funerals, we got to have a wedding," she said.
The photographer missed her self-imposed deadline of getting all wedding photos out by last Thursday and has not responded to recent messages.
