Here is a summary of new cases and other COVID-19 stats reported Thursday by health officials across Nebraska & Iowa.
The Lincoln-Lancaster County Health Department has announced that a 12th person has died from COVID-19 in Lincoln and that there are 11 new cases.
The individual who died is a woman in her 50s.
The community's total case count is1,659.
The Pottawattamie County Public Health Department has reported 22 new COVID-19 cases.
The county has a total of 711 cases.
The Douglas County Health Department has reported 64 new cases and one new death.
The one death is a male over the age of 70.
The county now has a total of 6,702 cases and also reports 2,729 recoveries.
