Millard South football players pulled from lineup for conduct violation

OMAHA, Neb. (WOWT) -- Millard South will take the field against Millard West Friday night with several players held out of the lineup.

School District officials say 11 Millard South players won't suit up due to a violation of conduct rules.

The District says, the players, "broke the student code of conduct at a school pep rally and lost their opportunity to play in the August 25th football game."

WOWT has confirmed that the incident in question involved the students ripping off their shirts to reveal tank tops printed with the letters "F M W" an abbreviation for an offensive message.
