Man critically hurt after being pulled from burning vehicle

A man was critically hurt in a car fire near Carter Lake Thursday evening.
Crews called to Carter Lake Shore Drive and Grand Avenue had to cut the man’s seat belt to pull him out of the car.
It's still not clear what started the car on fire in the first place. An investigation is underway.
