Peta's Forecast - Temperatures continue to climb

OMAHA, Neb. (WOWT) - Mostly sunny skies return today with temperatures continuing to warm!

A few clouds are diving down from the north, but mostly sunny skies will persist through the rest of the workweek. Southwesterly winds will allow temperatures to warm into the mid to upper-40s this afternoon – 10 to 15 degrees above average for this time of year!

Mostly clear conditions take us into tonight with overnight lows in the mid to upper-20s.

Sunshine returns Friday with highs continuing to climb! Many of us will see the low-50s both Friday and Saturday afternoons. Be sure to get out and enjoy these unseasonably warm temperatures while they’re here!

Clouds will start to increase late Saturday into Sunday, with slightly cooler highs in the mid-40s to wrap up the weekend.

We’ll hold a chance for light rain/mix overnight Sunday into early Monday, with the bulk of the precipitation looking to stay off to our southeast. Sunshine returns Tuesday with 40s sticking around through the 7-day forecast!
