CHI Health identifies 22 for further COVID-19 testing through helpline

CHI Health announced in a press conference Thursday 22 people have been identified for further testing through the COVID-19 helpline established Sunday.

The assessment asks three short questions that help people determine what their next steps should be in case they are symptomatic.

CHI Health Chief Executive Officer Dr. Cliff Robertson said the helpline is being well-received.

"It's providing trusted information and calming fears while identifying those at high risk for COVID-19 and getting them help," he said.

CHI has also waived the $10 fee for virtual care visits, which are now free until further notice for anyone seeking to speak with a provider.
