Habitat for Humanity receives TIF funding for new North Omaha project

Habitat for Humanity has a plan to
Tuesday, the city council approved a $269,000 tax increment financing plan to help make the project a reality.
The project site is located between Sahler and Pratt streets from 16th to 23rd streets. Habitat plans to begin work on the first eight houses in the fall.
