In court documents filed Friday, Gordmans Stores, Inc. announced four stores in the Omaha area will close.

They include stores at 17202 Lakeside Hills Plaza and 14933 Evans Plaza (both in Omaha), 10515 S. 15th St. in Bellevue and 7825 Towne Center Parkway in Papillion.

Stores that are expected to stay open are in Fremont, Council Bluffs and at 5050 N. 27th St. in Lincoln.

Stage Stores, Inc. agreed to acquire a minimum of 50 Gordmans store leases with rights to assume leases for an additional seven stores and a distribution center; all of Gordmans’ inventory, furniture, fixtures, equipment and other assets at the 57 store locations; and the trademarks and other intellectual property of Gordmans.

Substantially all of the remaining assets at Gordmans’ remaining 48 stores and other facilities are expected to be liquidated by Tiger Capital Group, LLC and Great American Group, LLC pursuant to their joint bid with Stage.
