Doffed clothing report ends with Disturbing the Peace plea

Michael Beat has entered a no contest plea to a charge of lewd conduct for an October incident involving a realtor in a West Omaha home.
Authorities said that Beat had presented himself as a prospective homebuyer and allegedly took off his clothes in a home near 177th and Leavenworth, telling the real estate agent, "You know what I'm here for."
The realtor was showing the home to the man who had asked to meet on short notice. He allegedly took off his clothes in the master bedroom. Police were called and Beat was detained.
Beat was originally charged with disturbing the peace. That charge was dismissed.
Douglas County Judge John Huber ordered Beat to undergo a mental health diversion program. If he successfully completes the program, the charge against Beat will be dismissed.
