WEEPING WATER, Neb. (WOWT) -- Bond was set Friday for a man accused of stealing several vehicles in Cass County.

Steel Ramaklus is being held on a $50,000 bond. Last Saturday, a Ford F-250 was stolen from a gas station in Weeping Water, Nebraska. Deputies found the truck in less than half-an-hour. It wrecked near Highway 34 South of Nehawka.

Deputies say the suspect had lost control and took out about 50 feet of guard-rail wire before landing in the ditch.

Ramaklus is charged with stealing that vehicle - along with two others that same day. He's due back in court April 19th.
