BELLEVUE, Neb. (WOWT) - Alan Stuck, who was accused of killing Beverly Bauermeister in November of 2017, has been found guilty of second degree murder.

Investigators say Stack was Bauermeister's boyfriend and lived with her at the residence near 29th and Washington where her body was found.

Stack was not in the residence when officers showed up, but was located in Bellevue a few hours later in the victim's car.

He made his first court appearance in November of 2017.

Sentencing has been scheduled for August 14.
