Bellevue dentist offers free dental day

Dr. Dworak of Capehart Family Dentistry and his Capehart Cares team will provide 4th annual free dental day to the first 120 patients on September 23, 2017. Patients can choose one of the following: filling, extraction, cleaning, or sealant.
The 4th annual Capehart Cares event will be held at the office of Dr. Jeff Dworak, Capehart Family Dentistry located at 2110 Towne Center Drive in Bellevue, NE from 8am-3pm. Dentistry will be offered on a first come first serve basis to the first 120 patients.
Any patient in need of dental care is welcome to attend. Please dress appropriate for the weather as patients will be asked to wait outside, bring chairs, snacks, etc. Space is limited so please arrive early to ensure you will be seen.
Patients may choose one of the following free procedures: filling, extraction, cleaning, sealant. Same day treatment is not guaranteed. One day only, no rainchecks.
