With only four hours notice, supporters packed into Barley's Bar in downtown Council Bluffs.

The senator ranks third behind Bernie Sanders and Jow Biden as a viable candidate, according to Emerson College polling.

"Never did I think when I started that campaign in February, not many people thought I'd make it through the announcement, but my family and colleagues knew I'd be here," said Klobuchar.
