Omaha News, Weather, & Sports | WOWT NBC Omaha | WOWT - Partnerships

WOWT NBC Omaha is proud to have served the Omaha metro area for over 65 years! During that time, community outreach and involvement has been and will continue to be a focal point of our mission. Throughout each year, we partner with various organizations within the Omaha community. The main objective of our partnerships is to inform our viewers of the importance of these organizations and the impact they have on the place we call home.

WOWT NBC Omaha teamed up with First National Bank, Two Men and a Truck and the YMCA of Greater Omaha for the third annual Stuff The Bus event at Shadow Lake Towne Center! Viewers were out early dropping off school supplies which were donated at YMCA's around the metro! Our News team had a blast!

Brrr! Despite frigid temperatures, generous donors lined up at WOWT's annual Holiday Food Drive to donate nearly 15,000 lbs of food and $2,800 -- all benefitting the St. Vincent de Paul Food Pantry. WOWT joined forces with HyVee, Two Men and a Truck, and Baxter Arena for the effort.

WOWT was proud to partner with the American Heart Association and promote their 2016 Red Dress Dash! Our news anchor, Malorie Maddox, had a great time!
