Jeremy Gindulis, 22, was booked into Sarpy County Jail on charges of driving under the influence, obstructing a peace officer and assault by mutual consent. Layne Huisenga,18, was also booked into jail on assault by mutual consent, obstructing a peace officer and DUI.
6 News asked a Bellevue Police Department spokesman what that means. The spokesman described it as two people who could choose to walk away from a fight in a public space but instead decide to throw punches and fight.
Both were ordered held on bond.
