Sarpy Crime Stoppers: Burglary attempt in Gretna

OMAHA, Neb. (WOWT) - Early on Monday morning, a burglar attempted to pry his way into the Pit Stop on 204th Street in Gretna.

He tried the back door first, then moved around to the front. Using a tool of some kind, the suspect attempted to break in, but an alarm went off. He left the scene just minutes before Sarpy County Sheriff’s deputies arrived. An investigator says this is the fourth attempted break-in at a convenience store in Sarpy County in the past few weeks. They could be related.
