OMAHA, Neb. (WOWT) - Omaha Police on Thursday released photos of a car investigators say may be connected to a shooting earlier in the week.

The vehicle they’re looking for is a white 2008-16 Chevy Cruz, but they don’t have a plate number, according to the news release. OPD said they believed the vehicle and the occupants were involved in the crash that led to a shooting on Tuesday near 50th Street and Grand Avenue.

“There were multiple occupants in the suspect vehicle,” the release states. “The vehicle was observed following the victim vehicle from Walmart at 5018 Ames Ave before the shooting.”

Police asked that anyone with information about the vehicle, its occupants, or the shooting contact Omaha Crime Stoppers at 402-444-STOP or submit a tip online at omahacrimestoppers.org or via P3 Tips app.

“Tips leading to a shooting arrest are eligible for up to a $10,000 enhanced reward,” the release states.
