Friday Feb. 5 COVID-19 update: Douglas County reports 107 new cases, 7 deaths

(WOWT) - Here is a summary of new cases and other COVID-19 stats reported today by health officials across Nebraska and Iowa.
Douglas County
The Douglas County Health Department has reported 107 new cases Friday, bringing the total number of cases reported since March to 61,727.
The 7-day rolling average number of cases reported is now 144.
Seven new deaths were reported. Three women over 75 and four men ranging from their 50s to 80s have passed away. The number of deaths in the county is now at 618.
DCHD reports 49,254 recoveries.
As of the most recent report, medical and surgical beds were at 78% occupancy, with 337 beds available. ICU beds are occupied at a 74% rate with 90 beds available.
A DCHD spokesman said the health department would not be issuing updates over the coming weekend.
