One person dead after shooting in west Omaha

OMAHA, Neb. (WOWT) - Omaha Police say one person is dead and another may be injured after a shooting near 114th and Miracle Hills Drive.
Sources tell 6 News the shooting happened in the backroom of the Days Inn Hotel.
Police responded to the call at 2:55 a.m.
When our photographer arrived on the scene, crime tape surrounded the building and at least five police cars were outside the hotel.
So far, there have been no reported arrests.
OPD is asking that people avoid the area, while they investigate the crime scene.
