Apple Pie in a Glass
Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup nonfat milk
  • 1 cup vanilla yogurt, nonfat and sugar free
  • 1/2 cup apple pie filling
  • 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon

    Directions
    * Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Cover and process until smooth. Pour into glasses. Serve immediately.
