 Oven Beef Stew |
| Ingredients
1 lb. round steak, cut into cubes
1 medium onion ,chopped
2 stalks celery, chopped
2 medium potatoes, cubed
3 carrots, sliced
2 Tbsp. tapioca (quick cooking)
2 Tbsp. dried parsley
1/2 tsp. dried oregano
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 bay leaf
1-1/2 cups low sodium V-8 juice
1 cup water
Directions
*Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
*Mix all ingredients in a 3 or 4 quart Dutch oven.
*Cover and bake for 2-1/2 hours.
