 Parmesan Fish Fillets |
| Ingredients
1/4 cup bread crumbs
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. dried thyme
1/4 tsp. dried basil
1/4 tsp. onion powder
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 lb. orange roughy fillets (can also use catfish, cod, pollack etc.)
1 egg, beat to combine yolk and egg white (can also use 1/4 cup egg substitute)
Directions
*Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
*Combine bread crumbs with Parmesan cheese and seasonings. Mix well. Dip fish in egg, and then coat with bread crumb mixture.
*Arrange on a baking sheet that has been sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Bake for 25 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
