Andrea Rich became part of the WOWT Channel 6 Precision Weather Team in June of 2007. She graduated with honors from Penn State with her Bachelors of Science in Meteorology. Previously, Andrea has worked at television stations within the Quad Cities and in Medford, Oregon.
Andrea is a dual certified meteorologist. She holds the Certified Broadcast Meteorologist Seal of approval by the American Meteorological Society as well as the Broadcaster's Seal of approval from the National Weather Association.
When Andrea is not looking at her weather charts she can be found walking her dog Kadie, running through the parks or surfing through magazines at a local coffee shop.
