Wil Myers’ home run in the 12th inning gave the Storm Chasers a 2-1 win at New Orleans Friday night.
The game was scoreless until the seventh inning when the Zephyrs broke through against Omaha starter Vin Mazzaro. Gaby Sanchez singled and Mike Cervenak singled him to third. Nick Green followed with a sacrifice fly.
The lead lasted only until Anthony Seratelli led off the top of the eighth with his seventh home run of the season.
