Isotopes Come From Behind To Edge Omaha 3-2

The Storm Chasers finished their season-opening road trip Thursday afternoon, dropping a 3-2 decision to Albuquerque.

Omaha took a 2-0 lead in the second inning as Matt Magill walked the bases loaded. After Irving Falu struck out swinging, Paulo Orlando singled home Max Ramirez and David Lough singled in Anthony Seratelli.

The Isotopes tied it in the fourth on Dee Gordon's two-run double and took a 3-2 lead in the sixth on Gordon's RBI single. Peter Moylan (1-0) picked up the win in relief and Dan Wheeler (1-1) was the losing pitcher in relief of starter Ryan Verdugo.

The 4-4 Storm Chasers return to Werner Park for their home opener at 7:05 p.m. Friday against Nashville.
