OMAHA, Neb. -- NET Sports will televise three Creighton men's basketball home games this winter, the network announced today. The additions mean at least 22 Creighton games will be broadcast during the upcoming campaign.
The games will air on NET-1 as well as NET-HD.
NET's first broadcast will be the Creighton's second regular-season home game of the year against UAB in a 7:05 pm start. The station also will broadcast home games on Dec. 9 vs. Akron and Dec. 19 vs. Tulsa.

In the last five days, Creighton had previously announced that KMTV would be televising five games, FSN would air three games, and ESPN/ESPN2/ESPNU/ESPN3.com would air nine more contests. In addition, Creighton's Dec. 15 game at California will air on the Pac-12 Network.
The Creighton men open practice on Friday, October 12th, when it hosts Bluejay Madness with the school's women's basketball team. Doors to D.J. Sokol Arena open at 7:15 pm, with Bluejay Madness festivities to begin at 8 pm. Admission is free, with all seats general admission on a first-come, first-served basis.
