Nebraska and Georgia were selected Sunday to play in the 2013 Capital One Bowl on New Year's Day. The game will start at noon Central time from Florida Citrus Bowl Stadium in Orlando and be televised on ABC.
Nebraska, champions of the Big Ten Legends Division at 10-3 (7-2 Big Ten) head to Orlando for the second time in as many seasons after posting its third 10-win season in four years. The Huskers fell to South Carolina in last year’s Capital One Bowl 30-13.

Nebraska bested Georgia 45-6 in their first meeting, the 1969 Sun Bowl, a game in which Tom Osborne was in his first season as NU's offensive coordinator. The Huskers hold a 94-47-4 all-time record against the SEC while the ‘Dawgs are 8-4 all-time against the Big Ten.
