Moore led the Huskers (5-1) with 23 points and seven rebounds while adding four assists and two steals. Jordan Hooper added 19 points and seven rebounds as Emily Cady contributed 14 points and seven big boards.

After trailing 33-29 at the half and 40-33 early in the second half, the Huskers used a huge 17-2 spurt to take a 50-42 lead on Hooper's three-point play with 13:24 left.

The Trojans (2-2) responded with a 15-0 run of their own to claim a 57-52 lead on Ariya Crook's three-pointer with 7:02 left. Crook finished with a game-high 25 points, but did not score the rest of the way.

While Moore did the most damage for the Huskers down the stretch, Tear'a Laudermill hit the biggest shot of the day for the Big Red. The 5-9 guard from Riverside, California buried a three-pointer with one second left on the shot clock and 1:49 on the game clock to give the Huskers a 64-63 lead.

On the ensuing possession, Rachel Theriot came up with a steal and hit Cady for the bucket to push the NU lead to 66-63 lead with 1:24 left.

Moore did the rest, scoring NU's final eight points, including six straight free throws to seal the win in the final :22. Moore hit 13-of-15 free throws for the game and went 5-of-8 from the field.
