UNO Prevails In Overtime 2-1

Bryce Aneloski scored 1:37 into overtime to lift Nebraska Omaha to a 2-1 win at Minnesota State-Mankato Friday night.

Aneloski scored on the power play after Adam Mueller was sent to the box for slashing just :45 into the extra period. Minnesota State-Mankato's Phil Cook made five stops in overtime before Aneloski's goal. Cook finished with 35 saves.

Matt White scored the game's first goal at 7:26 of the first period for UNO (12-9-4, 9-5-3) and J.P. Lafontaine tied the game 1-1 at 8:10 of the third period. White assisted on the game-winner.

Ryan Massa made 39 saves for the Mavericks and has allowed two or less goals in five-straight games.
