Top Recruit In Canada Coming To Lincoln
The Huskers have added a recruit from Canada.
David Knevel of Brantford, Ontario is considered the top football recruit in Canada. At 6-foot-9 and 305 pounds, he is the Huskers first recruit from Canada since Patrick Kabongo in 1999.
The offensive tackle passed up an offer from Alabama to sign with Nebraska. "I've realized how important this is and how big it is. I just want to go there and do my best."
"I learned from him, he's just a great teammate," said Pauline Johnson Collegiate & Vocational School's Bryce Frost.
