Tommy's Time to Shine

There is no more Taylor Martinez. There is no more Ron Kellogg III. It is Tommy Armstrong Jr's time to shine.

"This year Coach Bo said I am the guy that is going to walk out there. It is a lot different," Armstrong said.

It also feels different off the field.

"Honestly now I am one of the oldest guys in the quarterbacks room so no matter who is in I need to be that guy that helps people out and be able to see the right things," Armstrong said.

His teammates can already see the difference.

"He talks a lot now," said Ameer Abdullah. "He actually talks too much a little bit."

"I am having a lot more fun," added Armstrong. "I am that type of guy that people know as energetic and loud. That is me."
