The Storm Chasers slipped by Las Vegas 4-3 Sunday afternoon at Werner Park.

Las Vegas took a 2-0 lead in the third. Landon Powell doubled and Kirk Nieuwenhuis singled him to third. Josh Satin singled to plate Powell and Nieuwenhuis would score on Andrew Brown's sacrifice fly.

Omaha got one back in the home third. Brett Hayes reached on a ground-rule double and Paulo Orlando singled him in. The Storm Chasers tied it in the fourth on Max Ramirez's lead-off home run, his eighth of the season.

Wilmer Flores answered in the fifth with his fourth homer of the year to put the 51s back on top 3-2.

Armando Rodriguez (1-1) replaced Justin Hampson in the sixth and walked Christian Colon, who would take second on a wild pitch. With two outs, Xavier Nady doubled home Colon and Anthony Seratelli singled in Nady to give the Chasers a 4-3 lead, making a winner out of Brian Sanches (3-1).
