The S.A.N.D.S. Sporting Clay Shoot is scheduled for June 18th and Pheasant Bonanza in Tekamah. S.A.N.D.S. is an acronym for sportsmen assisting Nebraska's disabled sportsmen. You can register by calling 1-888-366-4868.
The Nebraska Youth Fishing Program is sponsoring free fishing clinics for juniors at area parks and lakes. June 9th at Hanscom Park, June 11th at Towl Park, June 18th at Walnut Grove, June 25th at Benson and July 16th at Walnut Grove. Equipment will be provided for the kids and you can call 402-681-6265.
